Things You Need to Know

At Diddly O's, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with any questions.


We hope that you'll be ridiculously happy with your purchase, but just in case here's our returns policy:- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We cannot accept returns on items that are not sent back in a perfect condition. Returned items of this nature will not be sent back to the customer unless they pay postage costs. 

Nor can we offer refunds for incorrect sizes these orders will be exchange only so please ensure you measure your child before ordering. 

To return an order, please send a message stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange and include your original order number. As all items are made to order we can not guarantee that your required fabric will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange and in such cases are happy to either offer a refund or send you your desired size when it arrives in stock. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office when returning items to us as we can not be held responsible for items that do not arrive to us. 

All items are made to order by me, please allow 14 days from order date to delivery.

It is vital for a great fit that you measure for the items you'd like to purchase, more so for Booby Covers which are very much made to measure.
